Friday, October 25th 9:30am - 10:30am: “Booootiful Bird Bingo” Join the naturalist at the Nature Center to help fill the bird feeders and play a fun game at our feeding windows! Prizes awarded!

6:30pm - 7:30pm: “Campfire Stories and Trivia Night!” At the Nature Center campfire ring, a naturalist will share a few creepy stories. After being spooked, we will have a little fun with some Dunes Trivia!

Saturday, October 26th - “HALLOWEEN FUN!”

10:00am - 11:00am: “Spooktacular Spiders” Discover fascinating facts about our local arachnid friends at the Nature Center.

12:00pm - 1:00pm: “Pumpkin Decorating!” Bring the kids to the Nature Center’s fire ring for some pumpkin decorating fun! Free pumpkins are provided while supplies last, thanks to Friends of Indiana Dunes!

1:00pm - 3:00pm: “Hay Rides” Fun rides start at the campground gate and will go to the beach and back- fun for all ages! Tickets available at the campground gate. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

3:30pm - 5:30pm: “Trick-or-Treating” Our annual tradition takes place this afternoon! Bring your ghouls and goblins for some trick-or-treating fun in the park’s campground.

7:00pm - 9:30pm: “Owl Prowl” Whooo’s out at night looking for prey? Owls! Join a naturalist at the Nature Center’s auditorium for an easy walk where we will try to call some owls.

Sunday, October 27th

10:00am - 11:00am: “Campfire Donuts and Craft” Join a naturalist at the Nature Center fire ring as they show how to make amazing donuts over a campfire. A craft for the kiddos will be available to take and make! A big thanks to Friends of the Indiana Dunes!

2:00pm - 3:00pm: “Look! It’s a Snake!” Slither over to the Nature Center to see some snakes up-close and learn about what makes them amazing animals!
